We are a local, independent firm specialising in Residential Lettings and Property Management. The company has been born out of the frustration of apathetic estate agents and some other property management companies.

Our company ethos was derived from Landlords. The directors discovered that using some management companies was often frustrating and troublesome. High levels of urgency, creativity and problem solving on behalf of landlords and tenants were not usually demonstrated, this resulted in neither receiving 'value for money' for the services that they expected and deserved.

In addition to the obvious information that you would expect from a web site, following on from the TOTAL LETTINGS ethos, we have provided 'additional value' to our site by way of useful information assisting you in trouble free letting or finding that ideal home.
